The staff is very professional and welcoming. I went in the evening and the manager was very engaging to our children. We had a quick conversation and she served us well.

Wait was exceptionally long, over ten minutes, and sandwich was missing standard toppings. Looked like they were struggling with an all new crew. I would seek out a different location if you're craving a Penn Station sandwich.
